This is a collection of links to the anime in which Goroh appears, specifically episodes that he appears in (which are bolded).
Note: All of these episodes can be found looking on Youtube. Not all of them are linked currently, because they don't concern Goroh. I've just added links for the dub episodes in particular, because they aired out of order to the original version. Episode titles can be found here.

Earlier in the episode, Goroh's pirates attempt to steal one of the machines from the Elite Mobile Task Force. Later, Lisa Brilliant seduces Jack Levin and steals his F-ZERO machine. When he and Ryu track her down, Goroh shows up at the last minute to provide her an escape route.

When raiding a Dark Million cargo ship, Antonio goes against orders and ends up blowing up the ship, leaving Goroh pissed off at his longtime friend and partner. Despite being warned about Guster's intentions by Lisa, Goroh brushes them off and enters the next race. Guster enters Zoda's employ and attempts to kill Goroh during the race, feeling that he's stuck living in his shadow. Ryu helps Goroh avoid being hit by one of Guster's explosions, but in the end Goroh allows Guster to walk away.

Episode 25 - Super Substance Reactor Dynamite! / Part 1 - Part 2
Untranslated. Lisa manages to find a highly powerful reactor mine that could destroy the universe. She ends up captured by Zoda, forcing Goroh and Ryu to work together once more to reclaim it. (In this episode, we see Goroh's home on Clyton and his pirate ship emerge from a hangar underneath the city.)

After getting rid of Miss Killer/Haruka, Black Shadow ejects the girl into space in a space pod, not realizing she still possesses something he needs. When Goroh recovers her body, he recognizes what she means to Ryu and goes t great lengths to protect her, even when a souped up Zoda attacks. He is seriously injured and nearly killed in the episode. (His ship also is shown to be able to use some kind of laser sword thing that Goroh directs with his own sword.)

Episode 51 - The Legend of Falcon / SUBBED / Part 1 - 2
Ryu and the rest of his team take on Dark Million in the last pitch battle to save the galaxy. Despite the damage both Goroh and his ship took two episodes ago, they show up at the last minute to render aid to the Federation ship that's on the verge of losing.

Goroh's gang consists of:
-Lisa Brilliant is his wife. She often works solo, using her looks and cunning to perform missions requiring more stealth. When she does fight, she's prone to using a blaster to shoot her way out.
-Antonio Guster (aka Dynamite Guster) is a demolitions expert. He's Lisa's brother and Goroh's long time friend and partner. They recently parted ways as Antonio's destructive nature clashed with Goroh's more pacifistic approach to things.
-Saki is a female ninja in a pink jumpsuit. She uses a whip to fight and has an incredibly large appetite, despite her tiny body. She disguises herself as an innocent girl to get Bibilan's men to lead her to their boss. She fights with a whip.
-Tuboi is the green haired pirate and is the helmsman of the ship. He uses a boomerang to fight.
-A goblin-like alien is also a member of the crew.
-An eastern-style monk is a member of the crew, he uses a staff to fight.
GP Legend (the game)
Considered non-canon. His story mode can be seen here. His different personality can be partially blamed on an erratic state due to poisoning, but his remark about Guster having tried to kill him for years contradicts the events in Episode 13.
Notes about universe
Travel between planets is done through a warp gate. These are massive gates 200 meters wide that seem to function like Stargates probably using wormholes. Used inappropriately, they can potentially cause planet-destroying black holes.
Mute City used to be New York City.
F-Zero machines are powered by plasma energy. When they boost they achieve speeds of 1500+ kilometers per hour, exceeding the speed of sound.
