Violation 0.28 - [Action]

[Ever since discovering Litchi's death, Goroh hasn't returned home. He just returned that day to his old apartment, settling into what was now an empty set of rooms. Frankly, that was fine for him. Aside from being a pest to New Feathers, he hasn't said much of anything to the people he knows. Today, though, he can be found at Building 2, his new home, leaning up against the far end of the wall. He's not exactly in the chattiest of moods.]

[Thirteen's been uneasy for quite some time. Litchi's death hasn't been easy on him either. He's been trying to get out more and clear his head with walks or whatever else he can manage. But that's how he's been dealing with it.

He's really not too surprised Goroh hasn't been around much, honestly. Goroh was a man who desired his space, he knew that much. But as he passes by Community 2, he catches sight of Goroh for the first time in days. He'll approach him, and quietly lean against the wall near him.]

[Goroh barely acknowledges his presence, opting to continue slowly working away at that cigarette. He doesn't want to talk to you, David.]

[...He's strongly getting that impression. But some things have to be talked about.]

...Should I not expect you back for awhile?

[...Implying "ever", really.]

[A short nod.]

Yeah, that's right. [Ever very implied.]

[Thirteen nods. ...He thought as much.]

Door's always open if you change your mind.

[He sounds like he already knows Goroh won't. But he wanted to make it clear.]

Not much chance of that.

[... at least, not until Litchi finds out about this. But he's not concerned about that.]

...Didn't think so.

[He straightens up some. Avoiding the subject of Litchi is hard, but right now it's probably for the best. Unfortunately, there's really nothing else to talk about. So, as short as this conversation was, it was probably enough. Goroh's alive, he's still around, and he's taking this every bit as hard. Probably harder. ...And talking about fallen friends was something this soldier wasn't very good at anyway.

With that, he'll push himself away from the wall.]

[Goroh merely nods at that. There's not biting comment to go with it, which is probably about as much as David will get that means he at least doesn't mind the concern.]

[And with that, Thirteen will continue on his way, heading back toward House 48.]
